"Our Burlington backyard was a mess — overgrown, uneven, and unusable. Project Seal & Coat put in a stunning interlock patio and retaining wall. Finished on schedule, within budget, and the crew was respectful of our property."
"Had them sealcoat our driveway on Brant St — couldn't be happier. Clean work, fair price, and they filled all the cracks properly before sealing. Looks brand new."
We work throughout Burlington including Aldershot, Brant Hills, Tyandaga, Roseland, Appleby, Millcroft, and the waterfront area. If you're in Burlington, we come to you. Call (905) 484-6354 to confirm availability in your specific neighbourhood.
Interlocking concrete pavers handle Burlington's freeze-thaw cycles better than any other option. They flex slightly with ground movement, individual units can be replaced without full demolition, and properly installed with a 8–10 inch compacted base they last 25+ years. Natural stone (flagstone, limestone) is the premium alternative — beautiful and durable, but higher cost. Poured concrete is the weakest choice in Ontario's climate.
For spring work (May–June), book by February or March. For summer work, 4–6 weeks lead time is typical. Fall can sometimes be booked with 2–3 weeks notice. We give confirmed start dates at booking — not vague windows — and stick to them.
Hardscaping (patios, retaining walls) requires unfrozen ground — typically April through November in Burlington. Sod installation is best in May–September when roots can establish before frost. Sealcoating requires minimum 10°C temperatures. We book projects year-round and schedule them appropriately for each season.
